Action Steps: Make the slides and practice, research on material to be prepared for Q/A session

Meeting Agenda:

1. Review literature and discuss proposal presentation format

2. Distributing individual tasks and slides to present

Discussion and Notes:

The team referred to the rubric while choosing the overall format, trading slide distribution ideas until all were satisfied. Sofian agreed to take on the explanation of the initial Machine Learning techniques the team investigated, Zahid took on the task of giving an overview of BACnet and its working, and Rahul would focus on the motivation, literature review and standards. The supplementary sections of introduction, conclusion, timeline and budget would be shared among the team members. With that, the meeting was adjourned.
