Meeting Agenda:

1. Re-work previous presentation slides

2. Incorporate feedback and add/remove content to meet all grading criteria

3. Ensure non-engineering audience can understand somewhat the presentation

4. Do initial run-through

Discussion and Notes:

The team worked out previously decided roles and re-assigned portions based on actual contributions to the project. Some of the contents overlapped and hence were apportioned to individual team members so that all had nearly equal content. The slides were reworked for rehearsal and recording the next day

Next meeting action items:​

1. Record presentation on Zoom.
