Action Items: Finalize presentation slides, do as many run-throughs as possible

Discussion and Notes:

The meeting was focused on preparing for the actual event. Each member corrected the others’ speech and slide explanations until the whole presentation became coherent. Additional items were added to the slide according to our mentor’s suggestions. The meeting was adjourned due to class at 11:30.
