Title: Meeting to work on the BACnet Customer Needs Survey

Meeting Agenda:

1. This meeting is to finalize the BACnet survey questionnaires and the distribution of the surveys

2. Split the roles of the report and on how to distribute to the BACnet specialists

Discussion and Notes:

In this meeting the platforms were discussed in how to distribute the survey and whom to contact. We decided to have two types of surveys: one for the general audience with now knowledge of BACnet and the other for the BACnet or cybersecurity specialists. We chose Google survey forms because of its easy distribution and easy representation of data. We wanted the survey to take less time as possible but also be able to receive worthy responses. Everyone decided to equally contribute in creating the two google surveys. Sofian was tasked with using google surveys to distribute to classmates for the general survey responses through Instagram. Zahid was tasked with using social media such as WhatsApp to generate responses from classmates as well. Rahul was tasked with generating responses from the BACnet Specialists through platforms such as LinkedIn etc.

Next meeting action items:

1. Finalize the functional modeling flowchart

2. Finish the report and get more knowledge on machine learning and deep learning
