Title: Design Building (functional modeling) report

Meeting Agenda:

1. This meeting is to finalize the functional modeling flowchart

2. This meeting will also finalize the algorithm and the type of machine learning technique that our algorithm will use.

Discussion and Notes:

In this meeting the flowchart of our algorithm was finalized into how our machine learning algorithm should work next semester. We understood that this is just the overview into how our algorithm should look like therefore using existing models from online platforms such as GitHub will be vital. From this we know what algorithms to look for. This, we feel is the most vital task that needs to be understood clearly and concisely because our project is mainly software-based. Sofian was tasked with updating the flowchart model and to explain about data processing and data resources in the algorithm. The data resources we got from QU is very important in understanding how the algorithm would work. Rahul was tasked with designing initial prototype of flowchart and how the performance of the predictive model will be executed. Zahid was tasked with explaining about data extraction to extract feature vectors and how the labels may or may not make sense if unsupervised machine learning was used.

Next meeting action items:

1. Meet with Dr. Nuweiri

2. Research machine learning techniques to contribute ideas for that part of the project
